Each retrieved number against its own normal range. Unusual is statistical, not a call on prices.
Normal = the median of comparable past values: the same weeks of the last 3 years for declared 7-day totals (scaled to this year's level), the last 7 days of readings for live numbers. vs normal = how far now is from it. Percentile p98 = higher than 98% of those values. HIGH / LOW = top / bottom 10% (outside p10-p90); VERY HIGH / VERY LOW = top / bottom 3%.
